お元気でお過ごしのこととお喜び申し上げます。
さて、SEIWAはこれまで
新たな商品の開発やWeb上でのサービスの充実、
動画配信、本の出版などいくつもの新しい取り組みを行い、
順調に業績を安定させてまいりました。
しかし、この度の2020年からのコロナ禍の影響により、売上が減少してきたため、
新たな事業計画を策定し、実施して対応してきましたが、
売上の減少に対して計画が間に合わず、事業の継続が難しい局面を迎え、
この度、会社を閉じる決断に至りました。
これまで、お客様、お取引先、スタッフ、関係団体の皆様には大変お世話になりました。
数十年の長きにわたってごお世話になった方、お取引先も大勢いらっしゃいます。
そうした全ての方に、私たちは感謝の気持ちしかありません。
もしも今後ご縁がありましたら、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

私は2007年に株式会社誠和に就任しました。
はじめはとても重い荷物を背負いながらの就任であり、私に対応できるかどうか、
不安な状況ではありましたが、SEIWAは日本で唯一の商品を扱う会社でもあり、
存続させることができないことになりますと、多くの皆様に迷惑がかかることもあり、
初めはとにかく行けるところまで行こうとの思いで船出をしました。
私はSEIWAで、世界一美しい日本の伝統芸術である「染色」に出会い、
知るほどに技の深さと感性の高さに感銘し、これを再び開花させることを肝に銘じて
事業に取り組んでまいりました。
また、新たな商品の開発やWeb上でのサービスの充実、動画配信、本の出版など
いくつもの新しい取り組みを行ってまいりました。
しかしながら、常に足枷がありながらの事業運営には限界があり、
コロナ禍による厳しい状況を受けて、この度は一旦会社を閉める決断をいたしました。
これより、再生に向けて活動を始めていきます。
これまで多くの方のご支援を受けてきましたこと、
ご愛顧いただいてきました皆様には、急なお知らせとなり、
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。
本当に素晴らしい方々との出会いでSEIWAが成長できましたこと、
全ての関わる皆様には感謝しかありません。

Thank you very much for your continued support and patronage.
We are delighted to hear that you are doing well.
SEIWA has been actively engaged in various new initiatives such as
developing new products, enhancing services online, video streaming, and publishing books.
We have successfully stabilized our performance. However,
due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic since 2020, our sales have declined.
Despite our efforts to devise and implement new business plans,
we have been unable to cope with the decreasing sales. We have reached a point
where it is challenging to sustain the business,
leading us to the decision to close the company.
We are deeply grateful to our customers, business partners, staff, and affiliated
organizations for their tremendous support over the years.
Many people have supported us for decades, and we appreciate every one of them.
If there is an opportunity in the future, we hope for your continued support.

I joined Seiwa Corporation in 2007. At first,
I was burdened with heavy responsibilities, and
I was uncertain if I could handle them. Seiwa was the only company in Japan
dealing with its unique product, and the idea of causing
inconvenience to many people if it couldn't continue urged me on. With this in mind,
I embarked on this journey.
At Seiwa, I encountered the traditional Japanese art of "dyeing,"
which is considered the most beautiful in the world.
The depth of skill and the height of sensibility I discovered left a profound
impression on me. I was determined to revitalize this art and worked diligently
in the business. We also undertook various new initiatives,
including the development of new products, enhancing online services,
video streaming, and book publishing.
However, running a business with constant challenges
had its limitations. Given the harsh circumstances caused by the COVID-19
pandemic, we have decided to temporarily close the company.
From here, we will start activities toward revival.
We apologize for the sudden notice and any inconvenience
it may cause to all our valued customers who have supported us
and cherished our products over the years.
We are truly grateful for the encounters with remarkable
individuals that have contributed to SEIWA's growth.
To all of you, please take care of yourselves and may
your endeavors continue to prosper without ceasing.
